Dovre 2520 S

The 2520S is a multifuel, cast iron cassette insert with a 2mm mild steel convection box. The model features a modern, flat glass door and will heat your home with a gentle flow of warm convection air. The unit features 2 built-in adjustable fans with a fan flow rate of 180 m³ (90 m3 each) / h; an electrical connection of 230 V; 2 hot air ducting outlets and a fixed thermostat for controlled heat.

The 2520S insert is designed with a double riddling grate for efficient wood burning. The 2520S burns wood, coal and coal briquettes. The combustion chamber comfortably loads 50cm logs and is equipped with an ash pan. There is a self-opening damper for when the door is opened to prevent smoke escaping into the room and the unit comes with Clean Burn and Air Wash technology. A double combustion system creates a secondary burn which results in higher heat efficiency and cleaner smoke emissions. Dovre stoves feature a glass aeration system that directs secondary combustion gases along the glass for a window that stays cleaner for longer and comply with new stricter emission standards. The unit comes with a top flue exit.

There is an ‘optional extra’ anthracite basket and a 3 or 4-sided trim plate. The door opening is reversible (‘optional’ extra – ask when ordering).

Dovre fireplaces produce minimal environmental impact and are certified to CE standards. Dovre is imported from Belgium, and comes with a 5 year limited warranty.
